Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $50 service deposit charge, regardless of the reason.
what if i fail to show for my scheduled massage?
In the event of a no-show, where a guest does not arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, $ 50 of the service deposit will be charged. This policy helps us honor our therapists’ time and maintain availability for other guests.
