- Membership benefits apply only to active members in good standing for the duration of the membership term.
- Each membership includes one (1) massage session per month, with the member’s choice of either a 60-minute or 90-minute massage.
- Any unused monthly massage services may roll over to the following month while the membership remains active.
- Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional massage sessions for personal use at exclusive member-discounted rates.
- If a member cancels or fails to show for a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the monthly massage credit for that appointment will be considered redeemed and forfeited.
- Birthday Benefit, Member will receive one (1) complementary birthday enhancement credit per membership year.
- Members may bring a guest to receive massage services at the member rate. Guest privileges are limited to three (3) visits per twelve (12)-month period and apply only to guests who have not received services at SONA SPA WELLNESS within the past twelve (12) months.
- Members agree to notify SONA SPA WELLNESS promptly of any changes to their address, contact information, or payment method.
- Memberships, services, and credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- To cancel my membership, must provide thirty (30) days’ advance notice to SONA SPA WELLNESS using one of the following methods:
- Written email notice
- In-person cancellation at SONA SPA WELLNESS
- Phone call to the spa.
- Upon termination of a month-to-month membership, any accumulated membership massage credits will expire sixty (60) days after the cancellation date and are non-refundable
